Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Proactively manage the success of our B2B2C partners, delivering consistent value and ensuring high satisfaction with our products. 📍Build and nurture relationships across all levels of our partners' organizations, from Developers to C-Suite executives. 📍Develop deep product expertise to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities for additional B2B2C products. 📍Collaborate with Product teams to analyze adoption and revenue data, identifying areas for growth and increased customer engagement.
Who You Are
📍3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in crypto or Web3. 📍Proven track record in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. 📍Experience working with C-suite and technical customer personas (e.g., Developers, Engineers, etc.). 📍Naturally curious, with a demonstrated history of thinking creatively to solve problems. 📍Strong ability to manage customer issues with poise and diplomacy. 📍Willingness to travel for conferences and in-person meetings as needed. 📍Passion for helping customers realize maximum value from their partnerships with Exodus.
