Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šResponsible for location gross churn, MRR, and client satisfaction for all assigned book of core & ads accounts at the enterprise level. šUnderstand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on large logos. šServe as the main point of contact for client strategy, addressing their account milestone, testing solutions and goals alignment on various opportunity accounts. šDevelop and implement account incrementality strategies with client goals. šCollaborate with the internal account team and clients to identify opportunities and develop long-term plans. šEnsure the delivery of high-quality services or projects on time and within budget. šTeam leadership: Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support; Delegate tasks and ensure team members have the resources they need across the accounts and Brand. šConduct performance evaluations for Enterprise šBrands and share with Key stakeholders. šEnsure profitability and revenue growth for High šImpact Accounts along with retention. šIdentify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. šAnalyze client challenges and provide innovative solutions with internal teams. šAnticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans. šPrepare and deliver quarterly report and analysis to decision makers. šProvide custom reporting and presentation materials for client renewal conversations, upsells, cross sell, product adoption, and expansions. šCollaborate with the sales team on client pre- sale presentations, monthly performance checks, QBRs, and expansion opportunities. šFunction as day-to-day SME on campaign performance, strategy recommendations, and ads analysis on social and programmatic display platforms. šMonitor and maintain accurate campaign timelines, launches, budgets, performance to goals, and other projects. šFunction as the client advocate when working with sales and campaign managers etc to ensure weāre providing the best support and performance possible. šSupport training initiatives to improve overall digital marketing and ads knowledge. šCollaborate with other departments to address challenges in product, engineering, etc. šBe an advocate to show the clients āwhyā they should continue to invest, positioning renewal, recommendations and/or opportunities. šNegotiate high-profile strategic deals with account team and client to ensure success. šMaintain high level of familiarity and knowledge of digital marketing landscape, competing entities, and industry. šBe a data-driven leader. šComply with all company policies and procedures. Success KPIs of Retention, Revenue Growth, Scalable Opportunities, CrossSell, Upsell, Growth Planning, and Key Account Quarterly Budgeting (Year over Year progressions).
What You Have:
š5+ years of experience in account management, with a track record of successfully managing client accounts. šBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications). A master's degree may be preferred. šPrevious experience in a leadership or supervisory accounts role. šIndustry-specific experience (e.g., advertising, marketing, PR) is often preferred. šSkilled media experience developing media plans across Meta, TikTok, DSPs, networks and/or exchanges, specifically Trade Desk, Connected TV/OTT. šTrack record of success by meeting or exceeding KPIās in previous positions. šAnalytical skills tracking client benchmarks and KPIs. šExperience building relationships with clients and creating digital marketing strategies and showcasing performance to illustrate value. šProven success in data-storytelling and presentation building. šAbility to manage through high profile projects and competing priorities both internally and externally. šA time management & organizational guru who has the proven ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. šAbility to work with minimal supervision managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with colleagues of other functional areas to achieve common goals in a remote environment. šPixel + Google Tag Manager Experience (preferred). šDynamic personality and high energy. šStrong business acumen and ability to analyze data. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šStrong leadership and team management abilities. šStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills. šFinancial acumen and budget management experience. šProficiency in using relevant software and tools for account management. šClient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
