Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Leadership and Team Development: 📍Lead, inspire, hire and grow our Engineering and Product teams, building a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. 📍Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members at all levels, ensuring high performance and a focus on shipping fast. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align product and engineering efforts with business objectives.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
📍Proven experience (10+ years) in engineering and product leadership, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role within a fast-growing tech company. 📍A track record of scaling engineering and product teams in a high-growth environment, ideally in the Web3, fintech, or SaaS sectors. 📍Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, mission-critical products from concept through to execution and iteration. 📍Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and architecture, and a keen understanding of scalable, distributed systems. 📍Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning engineering and product efforts with business objectives.
