Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring
šA minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data analytics, or Data Science, with a proven ability to drive data-centric projects. šAt least 5 years of experience successfully leading and mentoring teams of data engineers, data scientists, data analytics, or BI professionals, with demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. šA strong track record of managing complex data projects from conception through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and with measurable impact while working closely with BizOps teams to align efforts with broader business goals. šProven experience with CRM systems and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across business operations šExpertise in data architecture, data modeling, and data governance, with a focus on transforming companies into data-driven organizations. šStrategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization. šExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to driving data initiatives and business outcomes.
