Job Summary
What you will do:
šInitiating proactive relationship-building activities with key clients to maintain strong relationships across the Easygo brands šProvide VIP customers with industry-leading customer service and gaming experience šArticulating an extensive knowledge of our products which leads to resolving customer issues šDaily management and execution of one-on-one contact in response to customer touchpoints šMonitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and trends to ensure that customer expectations are met šMake optimal use of communication tools such as chat room on site, email, telegram and any additional platforms required to engage with VIP players š6-day availability across the Australian time zone šAbility to manage 350 players
