Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Client Relationship Management: 📍Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value traders, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for each client. 📍Deliver concierge-level support and guidance, offering proactive outreach and rapid response to client needs. 📍Provide personalized insights, market intelligence, and platform tips to drive engagement and deepen client loyalty. 📍Performance & Revenue Growth: 📍Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client needs and behaviors. 📍Monitor client usage and AUM to uncover growth opportunities and retention risks. 📍Drive product adoption and trading frequency by surfacing relevant features and tools. 📍Client Strategy & Collaboration: 📍Track client satisfaction through NPS and qualitative feedback loops, driving continuous improvement in service delivery. 📍Work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience and elevate the voice of the customer internally. 📍Help grow the business through referrals, network expansion, and deep relationship-building.
Requirements
📍4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success—ideally in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services. 📍Proven ability to manage high-value/HNW clients with exceptional service standards. 📍Deep understanding of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or strong eagerness to learn quickly). 📍Fluent in one or more languages relevant to your regional market; strong cultural awareness and appreciation required. 📍Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-oriented.
