Job Summary
Requirements
šStrategic Planning and Execution. Lead the PR strategy for the APAC market, aligning it with regional market strategies and overall company goals. Manage PR agencies and develop and implement internal and external communications plans. šMedia Relations. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional media, KOLs, and key stakeholders. Oversee regional speaking programs, liaise with external teams, manage media inquiries, and proactively drive positive coverage while monitoring industry trends. šContent Creation. Develop and manage the editorial calendar for the regional market, creating high-quality content. Lead major announcements, craft press releases, messaging documents, and FAQs, delivering thought leadership pieces and anticipating industry news and trends. šIntegrated Marketing and Localization. Work closely with the regional marketing and community teams to create integrated communications plans and design localized stories and cross-channel campaigns. šCrisis Management. Handle crisis communications effectively, including regulatory issues, by collaborating with internal stakeholders and the leadership team for rapid decision-making to protect the companyās reputation. šDay-to-day Management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly plans and reports. Oversee PR-related budgets with a focus on efficient resource allocation and regular performance assessments to optimize ROI.
Requirements
šFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage. šStrong communication skills, both verbal and written. šAt least 10 years of experience in both in-house PR and agency roles. šDegree or major in PR, Communications, or a related field. šDeep understanding of APAC media landscape, communication ecosystem, marketing characteristics, and nuances. šInterest and foundational knowledge in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry. šSkilled in crafting high-quality content; sensitive to market trends with a proactive approach to storytelling. šExceptional project and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering under pressure. šStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; high attention to details. šProactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with an open-minded approach. šAble to thrive in a global and large-scale corporate environment; experienced in working with diverse, international teams.
