Qualifications:

📍Experience in Compliance, Finance or Internal Audit or a related field; Industry experience candidate preferred. 📍5-10 years of experience in project/program management and compliance related role 📍Crypto industry experience, familiar with blockchain technology 📍Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders. 📍Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives. 📍Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
