Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Actively provide liquidity to many market participants leveraging IMC proprietary strategies 📍Ability to quickly establish relationships with brokers 📍Navigate new floor and make decisions independently 📍Manage execution and risk of complex trading portfolios 📍Effectively communicate real-time trade information and information flow to IMC’s internal team 📍Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and research new trading opportunities 📍Perform trades analysis to improve trading
Your Skills and Experience:
📍3+ years of experience pricing, analyzing, and trading exchange-traded equity options 📍Previous experience in team-based collaborative trading environment, preferably from a top-tier market making firm 📍Talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers 📍Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics 📍Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment 📍Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and desire to work in a team-based environment
