The Uniswap Labs team was a major contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and now focuses on building a suite of products to support the Uniswap ecosystem. Our team is one of the most impactful in crypto. We are based out of SoHo in New York City with the option to be partially or fully remote depending on the position.
Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
šConfigure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support our fleet of Mac laptops (with a few windows ones), printers, mobile devices, testing phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment šTake ownership of IT incidents and ensure issue resolution and employee satisfaction šSupport security in maintaining access to applications via SSO, adding and managing SSO applications as well as ensuring MDM configurations are up to date šManage our MDM tools and configurations and make sure they are working correctly šEnsure all users are running the latest updated and patched applications and remediate where necessary šProvide support for Multifactor Authentication and SSO (Single Sign On) šContribute to the continuous process improvement of IT Support, IT incident handling and overall IT systems šProvide employees with a single point of contact for IT Service activities, problems, incidents and request items šCreate and maintain user accounts in our SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc) šKeep accurate notes of issues and troubleshooting steps taken within our ticketing system šPerform post-resolution follow ups with end user and team members as required šEvaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems; alert management to emerging trends in incidents
Requirements:
š5+ years of experience in an IT/Corp Sec role šExperience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Mac OS and Windows-based systems šAbility to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues in a timely and effective manner šProficiency in managing and troubleshooting video conferencing systems and collaboration tools šFamiliarity with administering SaaS products and cloud-based tools (e.g., Okta for Single Sign-On) šExcellent technical support and customer service skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication šStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously šThis position is required to be full-time in our SoHo office
