Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
📍Your support is key to the success of our traders, engineers and all others teams. You remove blockades for everyone by implementing, supporting and maintaining servers, networks and all user devices. 📍You’ll act as first, second and third level of support. If you want to learn and grow you need to be on top of your game and be willing to take responsibility and act autonomous to provide an IT environment that is tackling all issues while ready to scale. Your responsibilities will include: 📍Fulltime on-site 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support to our users (ad hoc and through tickets in JIRA) 📍Support physical and virtual desktop environment, infrastructure components (like email, DNS, AAD, Audio and Visual Communication systems and support MDM) 📍Deploy enterprise updates for Adobe, Java, Microsoft and other desktop applications 📍Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers) 📍Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues 📍Assist in-house Facilities Management with the execution of desk and physical equipment moves 📍Everything necessary to keep us moving! This will teach you a lot of new things!
