Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Community Engagement: Proactively engage with Japanese-speaking community members across various platforms 📍Gaming Expertise: Educate the Japanese community about the unique features and benefits of our NFT collection and P2E game, fostering excitement and engagement. 📍Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards in Japan pertaining to NFTs, gaming, and cryptocurrency. 📍Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving disputes, conflicts, or misunderstandings within the Japanese community. 📍Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback, suggestions, and feature requests from Japanese community members regarding the NFT collection, gaming experience, and presale process. 📍Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing community engagement within the Japanese community. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize community strategies and presale initiatives.
Requirements
📍Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. 📍Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and gaming ecosystems. 📍Previous experience in community management, gaming moderation, or NFT community building preferred. 📍Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster connections and inspire community participation. 📍Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. 📍Remote work proficiency and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently.
