Job Summary
Responsibilities
šFacilitate/conduct all workforce administration processes in accordance with SLA - onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management, etc šHandle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge database šEmployee timesheet, leave administration, compensation data collection for payroll processing šEnrollment and termination for commercial insurance šSupport on international assignment or relocation, work with Global šMobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employeesā lodging, kidsā education, culture adoption etc., and facilitate the repatriation process šMaintenance of employee and organization data in the HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboards and reports šManage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor laws and legislations šEnsure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and tooling šManage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process and be responsible for payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance šDesign payroll service delivery and employee support framework to address business concerns and employeesā inquiries šManage, assess, and control payroll related vendors, able to identify all discrepancies in vendorās report. Be responsible for the vendor onboarding/termination process šExecute annual payroll activities like audit, payroll calendar release, bonus payment, merit increase, etc šWork with payroll vendors for newly opened countries payroll setup šSuggest and participate payroll related projects, like process harmonization, payroll reports integration, payroll date clean-up etc šBachelorās degree holder with major in a relevant discipline šAt least 3ā5 years of experience in HR Operation or Shared Services with end-to-end payroll experience. šExperience in a big MNC or fast-growing tech company is a plus šFluent French speaker with good command of English, both written and spoken to support local operations šEasy-going, willing to accept change and customer oriented šCan work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks šExcellent project management and attention to detail šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills šProficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
