What Weāre Looking For
š5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or advisory role. šProven experience shaping culture, performance, and leadership in a high-growth company. šStrong coaching skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. šA mindset that aligns with our culture principles: customer-obsessed, bold, fast, curious, committed, and uncompromising on standards. šExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
