Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Culture & Engagement šŸ“Champion our culture principles across the company, ensuring they guide hiring, performance, decision-making, and recognition. šŸ“Design and run culture-building initiatives that strengthen belonging, trust, and collaboration. šŸ“Measure engagement, share insights with leadership, and drive action plans. šŸ“Leadership Partnering šŸ“Act as a coach and advisor to managers and senior leaders. šŸ“Enable leaders to role-model our principles, especially in decision-making, eedback, and performance. šŸ“Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. šŸ“Performance & Development šŸ“Own the performance management cycle (goals, reviews, feedback frameworks). šŸ“Build career development paths that reward growth, curiosity, and high standards. šŸ“Identify L&D opportunities aligned with culture and business priorities. šŸ“Employee Relations šŸ“Be a trusted advisor on sensitive employee issues with fairness and transparency. šŸ“Promote open communication and constructive debate (ā€œDisagree and Commitā€). šŸ“Support healthy conflict resolution and feedback culture. šŸ“Collaboration with HR Team šŸ“Work with the HR Generalist to ensure policies, onboarding, and recruiting reflect our culture principles. šŸ“Align talent acquisition with long-term culture fit and leadership needs

What We’re Looking For

šŸ“5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or advisory role. šŸ“Proven experience shaping culture, performance, and leadership in a high-growth company. šŸ“Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. šŸ“A mindset that aligns with our culture principles: customer-obsessed, bold, fast, curious, committed, and uncompromising on standards. šŸ“Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
