What You'll Be Doing

đź“ŤCollaborate with Sr. Operations Managers and Scaled Operations Leadership to establish and maintain positive employee relations programs and implement our People Programs, including compensation, feedback, engagement etc. đź“ŤPartner with the business on day to day operations, workforce planning, performance management, and skills assessment and development. đź“ŤProvide coaching to front-line managers, managing Talent needs on the ground. đź“ŤPartner with internal teams to improve the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding (and beyond!) đź“ŤPartner with local India and APAC leadership to enhance our current processes and work from office setup. Bring in cultural and local best practices, whilst maintaining a global operations perspective. đź“ŤPOC for employee relations issues and work with the global legal/ER team in collaboration with line managers and employees, ensuring fairness and representing all interests effectively.
