Job Summary
Responsibilities/Duties
đź“ŤPartner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions đź“ŤDevelop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent đź“ŤCreate and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS đź“ŤWork with our Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining a strong line of communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process đź“ŤMaintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies
Qualifications
đź“Ť5+ years of experience working in a fast paced high growth environment hiring for but not limited to GTM, Marketing & Product đź“ŤPast success hiring in a fast paced environment, 1 year of in-house experience đź“ŤExperience with direct recruitment đź“ŤExperience sourcing, recruiting and building an enterprise sales team is a must đź“ŤPrior experience working in Blockchain / Crypto or knowledge of the space is required đź“ŤFamiliarity with Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus đź“ŤA background using behavioral interviewing techniques to provide a best in class high touch candidate experience
