Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
📍 Build and refine both long-term and short-term financial models 📍Build and drive annual operating plan process and monthly reporting & planning cycle 📍Provide visibility and insights for business leaders into the company’s financial performance 📍Hire and manage analysts and/or business partners, as needed
Professional Qualifications
đź“Ť Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field đź“ŤProven experience in an FP&A leadership position đź“Ť Solid understanding of financial management and budgets đź“ŤStrong analytical and decision-making abilities đź“Ť Effective leadership qualities đź“ŤMBA or CPA preferred
