Responsibilities

šŸ“Financial Analysis: šŸ“Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market trend evaluation šŸ“Partner with executives and senior management to support their Financial analysis needs šŸ“Collaborate with Product team in assessing new products and initiatives šŸ“Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation šŸ“Evaluate key financial metrics, such as trading volumes, transaction costs, liquidity management, and revenue streams, to identify areas for optimization and growth šŸ“Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to assess their potential impact on FalconX's financial operations šŸ“Financial Planning and Budgeting: šŸ“Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to align financial goals with strategic objectives šŸ“Develop long-term financial plans and forecasts, considering factors such as market conditions, product development initiatives, and revenue projections šŸ“Provide guidance and support to department heads in developing departmental budgets and monitoring spending against budgeted targets šŸ“Conduct regular budget reviews, identifying areas of concern and recommending corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met šŸ“Financial Reporting and Presentations: šŸ“Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for internal stakeholders and senior management šŸ“Present financial analysis findings and reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategies to optimize financial performance šŸ“Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment of financial information

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Masterā€™s or MBA preferred šŸ“4+ years experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting within the financial technology, crypto, Defi, Web3 or related industry, preferably in a managerial role. šŸ“~10 years professional work experience. Working previous in investment banking or management consulting is a plus šŸ“Deep knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and forecasting techniques šŸ“Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. šŸ“Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. šŸ“Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. šŸ“Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
