What You’ll Be Doing

📍Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. 📍Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support strategic planning. 📍Cash Flow Management: Support cash flow analysis and planning to ensure efficient capital allocation. 📍Accounting & Reconciliation: Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including ledger reconciliations, expense tracking, and accounts payable/receivable processes. 📍Treasury Management: Support treasury management decisions to optimize financial strategy and resource allocation.

What We Expect

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA strongly preferred. 📍2-10 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within tech or a high-growth startup 📍Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Bitwave, QuickBooks, or similar) and crypto wallet and custody a plus 📍Advanced Excel skills and strong familiarity with financial modeling 📍Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 📍Familiarity with crypto and blockchain book keeping and accounting a plus
