Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What youâll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Providing monthly budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting support to multiple stakeholders, including business unit leaders and corporate FP&A 📍Working with HR and Talent Business Partners to forecast headcount needs 📍Conduct monthly budget reviews and annual planning exercises 📍Lead deep dives into particular expense or revenue lines to understand their drivers and potential levers to enhance financial performance 📍Supporting with month end close processes and quarter earnings call preparation
