Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
šOverall Project Management: šDevelop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets. šCoordinate resources, tasks, and activities across multiple teams and departments. šMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and milestones. šStakeholder Communication: šServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users. šFacilitate regular meetings, status updates, and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks. šRequirements Gathering and Analysis: šCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the ERP solution. šAnalyze requirements to identify gaps, dependencies, and potential challenges. šSolution Design and Configuration: šWork with technical teams and consultants to design the ERP solution based on business requirements. šConfigure the ERP system to meet business needs, including customization and integration with existing systems. šQuality Assurance and Testing: šDefine test plans and scenarios to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the ERP solution. šCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate resolution of any issues or defects identified during testing. šDeployment and Go-Live Support: šPlan and coordinate the deployment of the ERP solution, including data migration and system cut-over activities. šProvide on-site support during the go-live phase to address any immediate issues or concerns. šPost-Implementation Support: šTransition the project to operational support teams and ensure a smooth handover. šConduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. šDocumentation and Knowledge Transfer: šDocument project deliverables, processes, and best practices for future reference. šFacilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower internal teams to manage and maintain the ERP solution effectively. šContinuous Improvement: šIdentify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of the ERP solution to align with evolving business needs. šERP implementation and management.
Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
šEducation: šA bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field. Some positions may require a master's degree or equivalent experience. šExperience: šAt least 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and project management. šDemonstrated experience leading ERP projects from initiation to completion, including solution design, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
