Job Summary
Responsibilities
šServe as the main contact point for managing and localizing ongoing CRM automations to meet regional language and cultural requirements. šCollaborate with regional legal and compliance teams to ensure all CRM activities and campaigns are legally approved and compliant with local regulations. šSupport the planning and execution of ad hoc CRM campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. šWork with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Creative, Tech) to deliver localized GTM strategies and seamless customer experiences. šManage end-to-end processes for segmentation, automation, optimization, and reporting on the user lifecycle to drive retention and engagement metrics. šAnalyze campaign performance and implement improvements through A/B testing and data-driven insights. šEnsure the delivery of personalized, impactful, and localized CRM messages across push notifications, emails, and in-browser messages.
Requirements
šMinimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or operations roles, preferably with regional exposure. šProven experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce is a must. šStrong understanding of CRM compliance in regional markets and experience working with legal and compliance teams. šFamiliarity with digital assets, trading, and derivatives is highly preferred. šDemonstrated ability to manage localization processes for multi-regional campaigns, including language and cultural adaptations. šExperience in delivering campaigns, managing automations, and conducting A/B testing to improve effectiveness. šExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. šRegional CRM/Marketing experience will be a definite advantage. šStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
