Job Summary
Responsibilities:
š Work with the team in designing and modelling new and exciting products on the portfolio management platform šBe exposed to quantitative coding: write performant code for simulating a variety of asset classes. Financial modelling will be implemented for portfolio forecasting, as-if scenario analysis, liquidity and exposure modelling, as well as risk analysis and stress-test šDatabase design and implementation for financial data processing šTechnical liaison supporting investment professionals, portfolio strategists and traders šOne team spirit: collaborate with and learn from colleagues
Ideal Requirements for the C#/.NET Developer Vacancy:
š Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Financial Engineering šSome years of professional development experience ideally in technology, financial industry and asset management š Knowledge of C#/.NET framework, and Python š Ideally C# production experience š Understanding of programming best practices (SRP, DI, Decoupling, TDD, BDD) šPassionate about latest technologies, self-driven to constantly improve and grow šExperience building modern Web/Desktop applications šWorking knowledge with SQL on any relational database server, such as SQL server šInterested in database design with passion in building high performing portfolio management system šExperience with modern reporting platforms, such as PowerBI is a plus šPassion and interest in learning Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Real Assets products šSuperb analytical and problem solving skills šAbility to communicate ideas clearly and logically in both technical and non-technical settings šTest driven developer who pursues highest software quality possible šSelf-driven and quick learner šWillingness to work 4 days a week on-site in Central NYC
