What does a day in the life of a Collection Specialist look like?
📍Manage assigned AR portfolio 📍Perform collection tasks based on Collection tactics defined in current organizational processes 📍Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers 📍Do a reconciliation of accounts or research on disputed AR 📍Coordinate resolution of customer disputes 📍Prepare or update tracking reports/notes in NetSuite
What are the required qualifications of a Collection Specialist?
📍Must have at least 1 year experience in collecting from corporate customers 📍Experience with various collection techniques is required 📍Experience with NetSuite or any other ERP collection tool will be an advantage 📍Proficiency in MS Excel 📍Good working knowledge of Accounts Receivables (AR) 📍Good understanding of Business to Business (B2B) collections concepts 📍Ability to the manages volume of accounts and work independently 📍Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines 📍Act with a high sense of urgency, proactive, self-starter adapts well to a fast-paced environment, and has a growth mindset. 📍Good communication skills, both in spoken and written English 📍Willing to be in a flexible schedule 📍Willing to work in a Hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig
