📍Collaborate on AI-Driven Software Processes: Work closely with the Founder/CTO to design and implement an AI-agent-driven software engineering process. 📍Analyze Existing Systems: Evaluate the Orca team’s current software stack to identify necessary context and optimizations for enhancing LLM responses. 📍Plan AI Integration: Develop a comprehensive strategy to integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with team goals and productivity benchmarks. 📍Train and Scale Adoption: Lead training sessions for the engineering team, scaling the implementation of LLM/Agent-driven processes across the entire software stack.
